Refunds
The 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment - what it covers, what it doesn't, and how to request a refund.
New Pro subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't working out, we refund your first payment in full - no questions asked.
What's covered
- The first payment on a new subscription, monthly or annual. If you start with the 7-day trial, that's the charge at the end of the trial rather than the day you signed up. Each account is eligible for one trial (see Trials), so if you've already used yours, the first payment is normally the charge at checkout.
- The request has to reach us within 30 days of that payment.
What isn't covered
- Renewals. Only the first payment of a subscription is covered. Cancel before a renewal date if you don't want to be billed again - see Managing your subscription.
- Re-subscriptions by an account that has already had a guarantee refund.
- Legacy and comped accounts, and any checkout a promotion code brings to $0 - where nothing was paid there is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@optionspro.com from the address on your OptionsPro account, or ask in the app via Support, within 30 days of that first payment. You don't need to give a reason. We process the refund through Stripe within 5 business days and cancel the subscription at the same time, so Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
Outside the guarantee window, or for anything the guarantee doesn't cover, still reach out via Support - billing problems and mischarges are handled separately and on their own merits.
